Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding consultation requests, payments, cancellations, and refunds related to services arranged through Nivorra Health.

1. Free Consultation Requests

Initial consultation enquiries submitted through our website forms or WhatsApp are free of charge. There are no fees, advance payments, or deposits required to speak with a Nivorra Health care coordinator.

2. Treatment Costs & Payments

Any payments for actual medical treatment, consultations with practitioners, hospital stays, surgical procedures, diagnostic tests, or medications are made directly to the partner hospital or registered medical practitioner. Nivorra Health does not collect payments on their behalf.

The refund policy for any such payment is governed by the respective hospital's or practitioner's terms and conditions.

3. Cancellation of Consultation

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation at any time at no cost, by contacting us at least 4 hours before the appointment:

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future booking through our platform.

4. Service Fees (If Any)

If Nivorra Health introduces a paid service in the future (e.g., premium care coordination, second-opinion services), the refund terms for such services will be:

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and the service has not yet commenced
  • Pro-rata refund if the service has been partially delivered
  • No refund if the service has been fully delivered as agreed

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card)
  • You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once processed

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Payments made directly to hospitals or practitioners (governed by their own policies)
  • Costs of medications, tests, or diagnostics already performed
  • Travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the patient

7. Disputes

For any concerns or disputes regarding payments, refunds, or services, please contact us within 30 days of the relevant transaction. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter promptly.
